What is The Hunt for Good?
The Hunt for Good is a three hour team scavenger hunt across the Chicago Loop and surrounding neighborhoods searching for ‘the simple good’ across the city. The Hunt for Good benefits Chicago non-profit, The Simple Good, whose mission is to connect the meaning of good from around the world to empower at-risk youth to become positive activists through art and discussion.
Each team will be paired with 3-4 competing teams to form a competitive ‘wave’. At the end of the three hours the team with the most points from their hunt will receive a special victory ribbon as well as a finisher medal.
How is The Hunt for Good scored?
All scoring will be completed through Instagram. Each team must create a team Instagram account or designate a participant’s personal account for scoring. Once an answer to a riddle is found, a task is completed or item identified the team must take a photo of the group with the answer in the picture and post to the team account. Judges will follow each team’s page and confirm if the answer is correct. Once the correct answer is confirmed points will be assigned.
